You need to have
1 kilo potatoes
600g kale
2 smoked sausages
25 grams butter
1 eetleppel vinegar
pepper (to taste)
salt (to taste)

1. peel the potato and cut them in pieces
2. put the kale stew in a big pan and put the potato’s on top
3. put 250ml water in the pan and a little bit of salt
4. bring the kale stew and the potato’s in to biol with the top of the pan on
5. remove the smoked saugase from the packing and lay it next to the kale stew
6. let it biol voor 15min and then remove the smoked saugase out of the pan
7. then pour the kale stew and the potato’s off and catch the cooking liquid off
8. stamp with the pestle kale and potato fine
9. put boter and vinegar to it and stur it good
10. add while stirring continuously an little bit off biolt water in i tand maybe some off milk
11. then bring to add some taste with salt and pepper
12. cut the smoked sausage and put it on top of the kale stew
